Often times wedding filmmakers will offer to cover 6-8 hours of the event. At Doxa we believe time spent at the wedding location matters a lot. We want to capture as much as we possibly can, and that’s why we go above and beyond by offering up to 10 hours of coverage. We care about your story—and we want to perfectly capture it!

Our primary product, the wedding film itself will be around 5 minutes, and digitally delivered in 4K. This will allow us to give us enough time to tell your story without sacrificing anything. That being said, If you desire to have a longer wedding film, you can purchase that option as an add on.

A Wedding Teaser is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a brief 1 minute video that serves as the preamble of the wedding film. It gives us an opportunity to tease everyone’s curiosity! This wedding teaser will generally be digitally delivered within 12 days after the wedding.

Some filmmakers will often offer solo services. However, no matter how good such filmmaker is, he or she will inevitably miss certain moments or angles because he or she is just one person. At Doxa we believe a second shooter is an ABSOLUTE necessity for wedding filmmaking. Think about it. There’s a sense in which you will get almost 20 instead of just 10 hours of footage—and that’s already a lot. Every moment matters, and we want to make sure we capture as many of them as we possibly can.

Some wedding filmmakers would often include drone footage as an add on for the sake of up-charging. At Doxa we believe drone footage is almost an essential component of wedding filmmaking, and we don’t want to cheat out our clients of it—so you can count on us implementing it in your wedding film—as long as the venue and weather conditions permit it. We are also Part 107 Commercial Drone pilots, so you can be rest assured that we are not illegally flying a drone on your wedding day!

In the filmmaking industry there’s a saying that goes like this: “Audio is half of the viewing experience.” At Doxa we go to great lengths to make sure we offer high quality audio in our products despite all the moving pieces and scenarios we cannot predict. Why? Because we believe high quality audio is an ESSENTIAL and irreplaceable component of storytelling—and we want to tell your love story well! Our main area of focus are First Looks (if applicable), Wedding Vows, and Reception Speeches. Again, this is difficult to do, and part of it depends on the willingness of the Bride and Groom, so ask us for details if you care about this as much as we do!

Video editing notoriously takes a lot of time and effort to produce. For that reason, in order to guarantee we can deliver the best possible product we can, we can promise you will receive your wedding film within 7 weeks after your wedding day. Our goal is to deliver your wedding film in less time than that, but you can rest assured it won’t take longer than 7 weeks!

Wedding films are DEEPLY personal projects, and it is for that reason that at Doxa we believe brides have an inherent right to participate in the wedding filmmaking process.
